He concurrently serves as key facilitator for Wilson Learning in Beijing, Zhixin was the V.P of Global Markets & Business Development for Vianet/Mintel, one of the major IDC-based telecom operators in China. He created the entire organization from scratch, recruiting talent from global multi-national companies.

Having been working in technical area for many years with remarkable achievements. Frank's interests and advantages also go to management, consulting, and administration. He achieved his first degree in Internal-combustion Engine from Tannin University Heat Energy Engineering and second diploma in Marketing. Holding the belief that consulting industry, the Internet and enterprise association are promising in China, he founded the "Asian Consulting Web" as the career objective.

Lixin (Kollins) Ke:

Prior to joining USCBS, he had been working in foreign trade industry for more than 12 years. He served as an export manager in China Foreign Trade Development Companies Inc., a large state-owned foreign trade company for 6 years, organizing exhibits at the Canton Fair for 12 times during this period, representing more than 50 manufacturers in South China, developing and maintaining accounts in USA, Canada, Europe, Brazil, and Japan, and achieving personal export volume from US$250,000 in 1993 to US$1,500,000 in 1999.

Dandan (Danny) Wu:
Business Development Manager, China

Dandan Wu graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a BA in English and an International Economy and Trade diploma.  Prior to USCBS, Dandan held internships in the foreign trade , information technologies, insurance and training industries and benefited from various assistant positions, business skills and good understanding of business management in multi-national corporations.
