Management Team: John Asher

As Chairman & CEO of USCBS, John Asher brings 18 years of experience in executive level positions including Chairman, CEO, COO and SVP for a number of companies, including a start-up venture he grew to $50 million in sales. Mr. Asher's first venture in China was in 1980 when he sourced manufacturers for a US jewelry designer, the Diane B Collection.

In addition to his role as Chairman of USCBS, Mr. Asher is Chairman of Asher Training, a company offering business development training courses, facilitation of strategic plans and business development process assessments. Clients include: Merrill Lynch, Raytheon, RBC Centura Bank, Outback Steakhouse and many small to medium sized businesses.

Mr. Asher's talents as a dynamic and energizing speaker on sales, marketing and branding strategies have benefited over 500 CEOs and over 10,000 other executives and senior sales people.

Mr. Asher is Managing Director of Source, LLC, an investment banking firm to privately held US companies in the small and medium sized enterprise market (SME). John also serves on the advisory board of the Delve Group, a branding, marketing, and PR firm.

He is also co-founder and/or a member of the board/advisory board of three internet based technology companies, Axonom, Marix Technologies and Simulize, Inc. and three other small companies, Capstone Corporation, Pivotal Insight, Inc. and TJ Hale.

Mr. Asher served in the US Navy for 21 years commanding two nuclear powered fast attack submarines and worked in the Pentagon where he was a government buyer for five years.

Mr. Asher received a Master of Science of Administration from George Washington University and is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he received degrees in nuclear engineering and mathematics.
